Section 4 — Technical & Safety Requirements

4.2 Contractor obligations

§4.2.1

The bidder shall hold valid ISO 45001:2018 certification for occupational health and safety management, covering all personnel deployed on transmission line works.

4.2.2 Evidence of certification must be submitted with the technical bid and remain valid through contract execution.

4.2.3 Contractors failing to demonstrate compliance at evaluation stage shall be disqualified without further consideration.

4.3 Experience requirements

Minimum three similar 132kV transmission projects completed in the last five financial years, with aggregate contract value not less than ₹42 Crore.
