How do I pay?

We accept payments in INR via Razorpay. You can pay by UPI, card, net banking, or other methods supported by Razorpay. Invoices are issued for all paid plans.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use Row-Level Security (RLS) for strict multi-tenant isolation. Your documents and tender data are never used to train public AI models.

What counts as a "Tender"?

A tender is any base document (RFP, RFQ, NIT, etc.) you upload for AI parsing, bid scoring, and proposal drafting. Documents in your Knowledge Base do not count toward your tender limit.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Prorated adjustments are applied when you switch plans mid-cycle. Contact support if you need help.
